Great location, within walking distance of major attractions and shops/restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff, particularly the receptionist with curly brown hair. Clean room and comfortable bed.

Small room and bathroom, especially the tiny shower. Poor water pressure in the shower.

We loved the venetian style room with its funky glass mirror and chandeliers, it made our stay very unique. The bathroom was modern and the bed was comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect for visiting the Rialto Bridge and San Marco Square, and it was quiet enough at night. The breakfast at the hotel was great with lots of options. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This hotel truly offers value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the lovely Venetian-style rooms. The location in the city center is unbeatable, with easy access to all the main attractions. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making the stay even more pleasant. Despite the difficulty of finding the location due to the small lanes and bridges in the area, the room provided us with a comfortable stay.
